Your Visit
What to expect
A first visit to a dermatologist should not be stressful. Here is how everything works — step by step.
Step by Step
The patient journey
Booking an appointment
Choose a convenient time via the contact page. Online booking through Superdoc will be activated soon.
Preparation
Come without make-up on the affected areas, with a list of the products and medication you use, and — if you have them — previous test results.
The consultation
A conversation, a thorough examination and a discussion of the findings. Ask all your questions — that is what this time is for.
Plan & follow-up
You leave with a clear written plan: treatment, care, timelines. If needed, we schedule a follow-up visit.
Before the Consultation
How to prepare
A few simple things make the examination more precise and more useful for you:
- Avoid make-up or heavy creams on the areas to be examined on the day of your visit
- Note down when your complaints started and what makes them better or worse
- Bring a list of the cosmetics and medication you use
- Bring previous test results and medical reports, if you have any
- For a mole check — wear clothing convenient for a full-body examination
- Write your questions down in advance — they are easily forgotten in the consulting room
