Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is a broad field — from vascular changes and pigmentation to cosmetic improvements in texture. I work with laser procedures at the clinics where I practise, and my first task is always the same: to judge whether the laser is the right instrument for your particular skin and your particular indication.
Who it is for
- For vascular changes and redness suitable for laser treatment
- For certain pigment changes — after dermatoscopic assessment
- For improving skin texture and tone
How it works
- 1Consultation and assessment of the indication
- 2Discussion of the expected number of sessions, results and downtime
- 3A test treatment for more sensitive skin, when appropriate
- 4The procedure and an aftercare protocol
My approach
„A laser is an instrument, not magic. It works when the indication is right and the expectations are realistic. That is exactly what we settle at the consultation, before planning anything.“
Good to know
- 1
Pigmented lesions are lasered only after dermatoscopic assessment — never blindly.
- 2
Most indications need a series of sessions, not a one-off miracle.
- 3
After laser, sunscreen is mandatory — otherwise you risk the opposite effect: new spots.
After the consultation
Redness and mild warmth in the area are normal for the first hours to days. You receive a precise protocol — including the mandatory sun protection, which after laser procedures is not negotiable.
Prices and duration are confirmed at booking — according to the individual case.
Frequently asked questions
The specific device depends on the clinic and the indication — we confirm it at the consultation, together with the expected number of sessions.
The sensation is usually described as brief warm 'snaps'. Cooling or local anaesthesia is used when needed.
Autumn and winter suit most laser procedures best — less sun makes protecting the treated skin much easier.
